Yes. Every product sold on Goat Society is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorised distributors or brand houses. We offer a full refund if you ever receive a product you believe is inauthentic.
A decant is a smaller portion of a fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a travel-friendly atomiser. Decants let you experience a full-size fragrance without committing to a whole bottle. We offer 5ml and 10ml decants for most products.
All decants are filled, sealed, and packaged in bubble-wrapped boxes to prevent leakage or breakage during transit. Each atomiser is labelled with the fragrance name, brand, and size.
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days. Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–6 business days. Remote areas: 6–10 business days. Custom decants may take an additional 1–2 days to prepare.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,499. For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
Yes, COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000. Orders between ₹3,000 and ₹5,000 require a small prepayment of ₹299 via Razorpay at checkout — the remainder is paid on delivery.
Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status on the Orders page when logged in.
You can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it has not been dispatched. Email support@goatsociety.in with your order ID.
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap for a future phase.
5ml decants last approximately 50–75 sprays and are ideal for trying a fragrance. 10ml decants last 100–150 sprays and work well for regular use. Full bottles are the best value if you already love the fragrance.
