Tracking details are shared via email once your order is dispatched. All orders are shipped via Delhivery or Shiprocket.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD available on orders up to₹5,000
Orders ₹3,000–₹5,000₹299 prepayment via Razorpay + rest on delivery
Orders up to ₹3,000Full amount on delivery
COD is not available on orders above ₹5,000. These must be paid in full online.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. Custom decants may require an additional 1–2 days for preparation.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and contents immediately and email us at support@goatsociety.in within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
