Return Policy

Our Return Policy

Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Eligible for Return / Replacement

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered (different fragrance or size than ordered)
  • Damaged or leaking product on arrival
  • Missing items from a multi-item order
  • Product is counterfeit (verified by our team)

How to Raise a Return Request

Email support@goatsociety.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 1 business day. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened bottles, decants that have been used, and items returned without prior approval from our team are not eligible for return or refund.
